So fresh and tasty. Vegetables were not over cooked or under just right! Spring rolls were delicios too. Very quick..so good!
11. Ginger Silver Noodles Soup
Dec 27, 2024. I've contracted the Norovirus. Traveling from the east where it's bone chilling cold. Long days on the open road. Time has been standing still. I'm unaware of the day or how long I've been driving. All I know is Elvira is waiting for me to return home. The virus is raging through my body, I don't know how much longer I can go. December 28, 2024. I've arrived in a town called Cottonwood. My senses are dwindling and my body is slowing. Seeing Elvira before I left east might have been the last I've seen her. I thought the glowing lights of heaven were ahead but Thai Palace shimmered through. The smells radiating from this place gave me enough energy to order Ginger Silver Noodle Soup. With all the strength I had I was able to eat the entire bowl. The warmth from the broth rode through me like the tractors on the highway. The ginger calmed my stomach like a soothing full moon. Sweet Elvira, don't be afraid. I'm coming home.

This is our favorite dish here! I typically order with the beef and it is spectacular! And The spice levels are the most accurate I've come across.

This Red Curry is my regular go to dish at Thai Palace. I order it with fried tofu and it's such a full flavor dish, I go with medium heat and get brown rice. Absolutely delicious! I could eat this every day!

So much to love about Thai Palace! The Cashew Medley with chicken is a favorite because it's light, healthy and so tasty over brown rice. Yummmm

My wife and I were in Cottonwood last weekend for the Cottonwood Vintage Run. The old town has several good restaurants. We weren't there long enough to try them all but we are SO GLAD that we visited Thai Palace. It was the best Thai restaurant I've been to in my life. The service was excellent and the food was out of this world good! We sat on the back patio which was a very nice atmosphere. We don't go to Cottonwood often but now that we know about Thai Palace, we'll be going more often.
